We do offer U.S. returns on full-priced items purchased, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs for returns.

• Trim the wick(s) to ¼” before each use.
• Light your candle for 3-4 hours at a time to prevent any wax build-up or tunneling. 
• Never leave your burning candle unattended or within reach of precious pets, excessive drafts, or children.
• If you notice a high flame or the container gets too hot, extinguish the flame, wait for it to cool down, trim the wick, and start again.
